Our Pick Up Policy
Pick-ups for items that are not taken at purchase must be arranged with Rare Treasures staff. Once you've purchased an item, we prefer you have arrangements in place to take it at that time. However, we realize sometimes unplanned purchases are made and you may need time to organize help for pick up. We're happy to work with you, and can even provide local movers or haulers to help! Please be sure to speak with Rare Treasures staff when you cannot take an item immediately, and make sure to leave a valid phone number and email address during checkout!
Unfortunately, at no time can we hold any item, regardless of size, beyond our sale date(s). All items MUST be gone by closing time on the last day.
We are unable to ship most of our products due to their size. However, smaller pieces may be shipped within the United States. Please be aware the buyer must pay shipping costs. We ship using USPS and FedEx Ground/Home Delivery.
Due to the nature of our business, all sales are final. We do not take returns or issue credits. Please be sure to inspect items and ask any questions you might have prior to purchasing. All items are sold AS-IS, where-is.
